John and his team have been caring for our property for over 5 years – absolutely outstanding! As an example, during the 2024 Winter storms, John was first on site to assess the minor flooding of our first floor, had the downstairs cleared out and cleaned immediately, and limited our losses to an old couch and a Marden’s rug. We have lived in Gouldsboro for 18 years and have had several lawn-mowing services. Clearly this is a tough business because we have had unreliability, poor results, Inconsistency, cheap equipment, very slow, constant turnover of workers, and quitting without notice.
John has addressed these challenges with good planning and a real commitment to the business. He has professional equipment that does an excellent job quickly. He is very thoughtful and focused on good customer service. And he is reliable and consistent. Overall, he is the best in this business that we have seen. We plan to stay with him long term.
